These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the TreasureKinS website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. About Us
TreasureKinS is a UK-based handmade gifts and home fragrance business run by Kayleigh. We make soy wax melts, personalised gifts, coasters, mugs, plaques and more — all cruelty-free, vegan-friendly and CLP compliant.

2. Orders & Contract
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by TreasureKinS. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline any order (for example, where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred), in which case a full refund will be issued.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly between screen and real life, especially for wax products. For personalised items, it is your responsibility to check all spelling and details before submitting your order.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Payment is processed securely by Square. We do not store your card details.
- Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
4. Personalised & Custom Items
Many of our products are made to order or personalised specifically for you. Please note:
- You are responsible for checking all personalisation details (names, dates, spellings) before placing your order.
- We will make the item exactly as specified. Errors in your submitted details cannot be corrected free of charge after production has started.
- Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or we have made an error.
- Production time for personalised items is typically 3–7 working days before dispatch.
5. CLP Compliance (Fragrance Products)
All TreasureKinS fragrance products (wax melts, car air fresheners) are produced in compliance with the CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging). Each product includes a CLP-compliant label with hazard information, fragrance allergen declarations and safe use instructions. Please read all labels before use.
- Always use a suitable wax melt burner with a tea light candle.
- Never leave a burning wax melt unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not ingest. For external fragrance use only.
6. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch non-personalised items within 1–3 working days. Personalised items typically dispatch within 3–7 working days.
- Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail or Evri. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once your parcel has been dispatched.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment is received in full.
- If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Non-Personalised Items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel non-personalised orders within 14 days of receiving them. To cancel, contact us at Treasurekins20@yahoo.com. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Personalised and made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as they are made specifically for you. We cannot accept returns on these items unless they are faulty or we have made an error on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or, for faulty items, within 14 days of agreeing the refund).
8. Reviews
Product reviews submitted through our website are published with your name as provided. By submitting a review you grant us permission to display it on our website. You may request removal of your review at any time by contacting us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product descriptions, images, logos and design — belongs to TreasureKinS or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal strikes or extreme weather.

We aim to respond within 2 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution scheme or the courts.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
